Where Do We Go When We Die? Day 3

Leonard Ingram Contd...
'You will miss the whole point of having lived. You will moss the 'true' meaning and purpose of life itself, because life and death are deeply involved with each other; they are not two separate phenomena. The journey and the goal are not separate- the journey has meaning only in relationship to the goal.

Redemption

Redemption: The act of saving, or being saved fron sin, evil or error.

The letter is an honest description of a womans life with a man she is in love with in the throes of addiction. The letter is addressed to the counsellor treating her lover.

This project is not about drug addiction, but about pardon, exoneration and absolution, the power of forgiveness.

Where Do We Go When We Die? Day 2

Leonard Ingram. Cont.

And the greatest calamity that has happened to human intelligents is that we are in denial about death. Being in denial of the reality of death means you will miss out life's greatest mystery.

Last Day At Work

A third of the worlds population of CCTV cameras are in the UK. That's one camera for every fourteen people.
On July 22nd 2005 at 09:24 a plumber began his last journey to work from his home in Scotia Rd, south London to the Tube station at Stockwell. Surveillance officers observing the address saw Jean Charles De Menezes emerge from the communal entrance of the block.

These are the cameras that Jean Charles passed on his last journey.

Behind these cameras are the people who watched over him and protected him and all of us on that day. Were the people who contributed to the decision that Jean Charles should die at 10:07 that day?

Where Do We Go When We Die? Day 1

Leonard Ingram.

'The greatest mystery in life is not live itself, but death. Death is the culmination and blossoming of life. In death, the whole of one's life is summed up; in death you complete life's journey. Life is simply a pilgrimage and journey towards death. From the very moment of your birth, the process of dying starts; already you are moving towards death.'

100 Yds From Lenin

'Depending on your generation, the people of the former Soviet Union have to love or hate living close to Lenin. To some, things have got worse since Glasnost, to some opportunities have come their way and to others the same people have stayed dominant. To most citizens the change to Western Society has not been all that it was cracked up to be'.

'I used to think that the green countyside was,by definition, nature; untroubled by man. As you leave the centres of urban busyness one can retire to the beauty of the countryside, From above the picture is very different. Man has stamped his mark, not just with ordered lines of concrete, joining his cities, but those expanses of green, the scenery and surroundings from ground level, still the colour green, but scored and engraved as if to say this is mine. In ownership, the same as walking down any street in any city."
